17. Beyond Time

There’s a legend in the city. Nobody knows if it’s true or a total imagination. A story tells that deep in the forest lives a man. He has weird clothes and long blonde hair. He helps all of them who have got lost in the forest. He leads them back there where the lost can find their way back home. He never says anything, only looks at them with sad eyes. Like he would try to find someone… Many people have tried to find him but he won’t show himself up then. You can see him if you really need help. And if you try to thank him, he just shakes his head and vanishes.

They tell also that if you walk deep enough in the forest you can see the most beautiful flower there. Its leaves are like tears, the shape is exactly same. Flower itself is red like a blood. It’s there every summer, only one flower under an old birch. In winter you can see a snow drift under that birch. It looks like a man would be sitting there, snow covering his body. Maybe there’s the same man who helps the lost back home? Who knows…

I thought that it would keep going too... that he would go to the city, and meet that woman, and fall in love with her, and after that his dad would come and take him back, and they would get separated, but then sth would happen and they would end up together in the elf world xD
